ABOUT US

Who We Are / What We Do

Cowboy Pix brings the latest in high-end digital photography to the sport of rodeo.  The goal of Cowboy Pix is to provide the highest quality photographs that capture not only the action the event, but the personal stories within it.  From the show, to the slack, to the fans, etc. we work to offer images of the entire event.
If you have a question as to if our services are what your needs call for please contact us so that we may discuss your options.

Latest Technology

All of our photographs are taken with today’s latest digital-SLR cameras, sometimes referred to as D-SLR.  Because we operate as all-digital we are able to take literally thousands of photos of your events that are then available for proofing almost immediately.  Our on-line photo albums are updated regularly to include shots of the latest events.
Once the photos of the event are uploaded to our web site, you will be able to view thumbnails and larger proofs of each shot taken. You can then order prints of the pictures you want via different ordering methods. The “proof” quality pictures that are on the web site are just that – proofs.  The proofs are low-resolution, non-enhanced pictures. Ordered prints are individually reviewed and receive personal attention from our staff to ensure color accuracy, sharpness, appropriate cropping, etc. so that the picture you receive is of the highest quality.

Personal Attention & Artistry

Our photographers take pictures for what they consider to be the “fun of it”. For them though, the fun includes providing the highest quality product possible – from the composition of the shot to the finest details of the end print.
Because we shoot and operate exclusively in the digital domain, we can provide numerous artistic impressions for your photos.  Black & white, sepia tone, water colored or any other of the numerous finishes can be applied to your photos easily and quickly through our digital processing methods.  We can also “clean-up” images by removing distracting artifacts or providing color correction, blemish removal, etc.
